The Hoshizaki IM-130APE Cube Ice Maker is a high-performance modular ice machine designed for professional foodservice environments requiring reliable, hygienic, and high-volume ice production. Capable of producing up to 125 kg of premium cube ice per 24 hours at standard conditions (air temperature 10°C, water temperature 10°C), this model is ideal for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés, catering operations, and entertainment venues.

The ice-making system features an automatic rinse cycle, and every production cycle uses fresh water to maintain excellent hygiene and consistent ice quality. Hoshizaki’s Closed Cell Ice System produces compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cubes with slow melting properties, ensuring optimal beverage presentation. A closed water circuit further protects against contamination throughout the ice production process.

Designed for ease of use and service, the IM-130APE offers easy external access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, and an easily removable water pan assembly. The unit is equipped with a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed and no direct coupling, eliminating leakage risks and improving long-term reliability. UV-C sanitization can be retrofitted for enhanced hygiene control.

The stainless steel internal frame provides durability and long service life. This modular model is compatible with Hoshizaki storage bins, allowing flexible installation and scalable ice storage solutions.
