Built with Hoshizaki’s advanced Closed Cell Ice System, the IM-240DPE produces compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cube ice, ensuring slow melting and excellent drink presentation. Each ice-making cycle uses fresh water and includes an automatic rinse cycle, maintaining superior hygiene and consistent ice quality.

The unit features a closed water circuit to protect against contamination, a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed to prevent leakage, and a stainless steel internal frame for long-term durability. Easy access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, and an easily removable water pan assembly simplify maintenance.

Designed for flexibility, the IM-240DPE is compatible with Hoshizaki storage bins and supports stacking up to 3 units (1 × DPE + 2 × XPE), making it a scalable solution for growing businesses.
