The Hoshizaki IM-65PE Cube Ice Maker is a compact, self-contained commercial ice machine designed for reliable daily ice production in restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, and professional kitchens. Producing up to 58 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours at an air temperature of 10°C and water temperature of 10°C, this unit is ideal for businesses requiring consistent ice output in limited spaces.

Under varying operating conditions, the IM-65PE produces approximately 53 kg per 24 hours at 21°C air temperature and 15°C water temperature, and approximately 43 kg per 24 hours at 32°C air temperature and 21°C water temperature. The air-cooled cooling system ensures dependable performance while maintaining energy efficiency.

The unit features Hoshizaki’s Closed Cell Ice System, producing compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cube ice with slow melting properties for superior beverage presentation. Each ice-making cycle uses fresh water and includes an automatic rinse cycle, ensuring excellent hygiene and consistent ice quality. A closed water circuit further protects against contamination.

Designed for ease of use and maintenance, the IM-65PE offers easy external access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, a removable door gasket, and an easily removable water pan assembly. The system is equipped with a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed and no direct coupling, eliminating the risk of water leakage. UV-C sanitization and an internal drain pump are retrofittable for enhanced hygiene and installation flexibility.

The ice maker operates reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from 1°C to 40°C, with water supply temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, water pressure from 0.07 to 0.8 MPa (0.7–8 bar), and a voltage range of rated voltage ±6%.
