The Hoshizaki FM-300AKE-HC Flake Ice Maker is a high-capacity modular ice machine designed to produce up to 300 kg of high-quality flake ice per 24 hours under standard conditions (air temperature 10°C, water temperature 10°C). This model is ideal for fish markets, supermarkets, food processing facilities, hotels, restaurants, catering operations, and healthcare environments where flake ice is essential for cooling, display, and preservation.

This modular unit is compatible with Hoshizaki storage bins, offering flexible installation and scalable ice storage solutions. FM-series machines can be converted to produce flake or nugget ice by a qualified engineer, providing adaptability for different operational needs.

The FM-300AKE-HC is equipped with Hoshizaki’s CleanCycle6 system, which automatically rinses built-up mineral impurities every 6 hours, ensuring consistent ice quality and reducing maintenance requirements. Water consumption is equal to ice production, delivering efficient and predictable water usage.

Hygiene is further enhanced through an automatic rinse cycle and a closed water circuit, which protects against contamination throughout the ice-making process. The machine uses an electronic controller for reliable operation and includes an operation time-based parts replacement system to support preventive maintenance planning.

The auger is manufactured from double-hardened stainless steel, providing exceptional durability, while carbon graphite bushings allow the machine to operate without grease. This design minimizes wear and tear, reduces maintenance costs, and ensures long-term reliability. A cleanable air filter supports optimal airflow and simplifies routine maintenance.
