The Hoshizaki FM-120KE-50-HCN Nugget Ice Maker is a high-performance, self-contained commercial ice machine designed to produce up to 110 kg of soft, chewable nugget ice per 24 hours under standard conditions (air temperature 10°C, water temperature 10°C). Nugget ice is ideal for beverage service, healthcare facilities, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and self-service drink stations due to its slow-melting and easy-to-chew characteristics.

This model incorporates Hoshizaki’s proven CleanCycle6 system, which automatically rinses mineral impurities every 6 hours, ensuring consistent ice quality and reduced maintenance. Water consumption is equal to ice production, providing efficient and predictable water usage.

Hygienic operation is ensured through an automatic rinse cycle and a closed water circuit, protecting the ice-making process from contamination. The unit features a reliable electronic controller and an operation time-based parts replacement system, supporting preventive maintenance and long-term reliability.

Built for durability, the auger is manufactured from double-hardened stainless steel, while carbon graphite bushings allow grease-free operation, minimizing wear and lowering service costs. Additional user-friendly features include a cleanable air filter and a removable door gasket for easy routine cleaning and servicing.

FM-series machines can be converted to produce flake or nugget ice by a qualified engineer, offering flexibility to adapt to changing operational requirements.
