The Hoshizaki B-340SB Ice Storage Bin is a high-capacity, heavy-duty ice storage solution designed to store up to 340 kg of ice. Built for high-volume commercial environments, it is ideal for hotels, large restaurants, catering operations, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, and industrial foodservice applications requiring reliable and hygienic ice storage.

This storage bin is engineered to configure with a wide range of Hoshizaki modular cube and flake ice makers, including single, dual, and large-format units. The bin features stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life in demanding environments.

The upward-opening door is fitted with an insulating gasket for high thermal efficiency, reducing ice melt and maintaining consistent storage conditions. The gasket is easily removable, allowing quick cleaning or replacement. An ABS plastic insulated door keeps the unit lightweight while delivering excellent insulation. The door opening angle allows the door to remain in a stable rest position during ice scooping, improving safety and ease of use during busy service periods.

Internally, the bin is lined with non-corrosive polyethylene, featuring rounded corners and smooth surfaces for faster ice collection and simplified cleaning. Adjustable legs provide installation flexibility, while the rear drain connection ensures efficient meltwater discharge. The B-340SB is FCM compliant (Food Contact Material), making it suitable for professional foodservice use.
