Description
40g of dried chanterelles are equivalent to 175g of fresh chanterelles. The mushroom mixture must be soaked for at least one night (12 hours) in 5 times its weight in volume of water at an ideal temperature of 4°C. After rehydration, you can use them like fresh mushrooms.
