Engineered for fast production and consistent results, this machine produces golden waffles on sticks with excellent texture and even baking.

Equipped with 4 cast iron waffle imprints, the GES 23 delivers high thermal inertia for uniform heat distribution and reliable output. With a production rate of 4 waffles every 2 minutes 30 seconds, it can produce up to 96 waffles per hour under continuous operation. Using 1 kg of waffle mix and 1.4 liters of water, the machine yields approximately 33 waffles on sticks.

The robust stainless steel body, cast iron plates, and Incoloy heating elements ensure durability and long service life. Cleaning is made easy thanks to removable plates and hinges with a brush, while the surrounding tray helps collect excess batter. A built-in thermostat, timer, and pilot lights provide precise control during operation. Mix and accessories are sold separately.
