They are made mainly with sourdough and special flours (T80 wheat flour milled with a stone mill, rye flour, or spelt flour).
Directions For Use
Preheating oven: 220 / 230oC Baking: 12 / 14 min approximately at 210oC. Damper closed
Storage Instructions: To be stored in the freezer at - 18oC *** before use, until the Use By Date written on the label.
