Essential for making trendy colourful cakes, such as rainbow cake, or as a colourful marker for the different scents of your macaroons, this natural food colouring can be used both in dough or liquid application.
This non-azo colorant is less intense, bringing natural colour to your creation.

Natural hydrosoluble food colouring; E1523.

How to use:
- For optimal results, we advise to dissolve the food dye powder in water before incorporating it into your application.
- 0.2 to 0.4 grams of Black colouring for 1kg of finished product.
