A fully customisable standalone refrigerated prep well, the TW15 has a maximum capacity of seven 1/3 GN pans. With a choice of internal configurations, it can also be wall-mounted, sited on work tops or mounted on legs. Designed to operate efficiently in ambient conditions up to 32°C, the Thermowell is a flexible addition to a variety of kitchen environments.
