The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE Cube Ice Maker is a compact, self-contained commercial ice machine designed for cafés, small restaurants, bars, offices, and professional foodservice environments with moderate daily ice requirements. Producing up to 34 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours at standard conditions (air temperature 10°C, water temperature 10°C), this model combines reliability, hygiene, and space-efficient design.
The ice-making system features an automatic rinse cycle, and each ice cycle is produced using fresh water to ensure consistent ice quality and sanitation. Hoshizaki’s Closed Cell Ice System forms compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cubes with slow melting characteristics, ideal for beverage service. A closed water circuit further protects against contamination throughout the ice production process.
Designed for easy operation and maintenance, the IM-30CPE provides easy external access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, a removable door gasket, and an easily removable water pan assembly. The system uses a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed and no direct coupling, preventing leakage and improving long-term reliability. UV-C sanitization can be retrofitted by a qualified engineer to enhance hygiene control.
This air-cooled, self-contained unit operates quietly and efficiently, making it suitable for front-of-house or back-of-house installations.
