The Hoshizaki IM-240APE Cube Ice Maker is a high-capacity modular ice machine engineered for professional foodservice environments that require dependable, hygienic, and high-volume ice production. Producing up to 210 kg of premium-quality cube ice per 24 hours at standard conditions (air temperature 10°C, water temperature 10°C), this model is ideal for hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, catering operations, and entertainment venues.

The ice-making system incorporates an automatic rinse cycle, and every production cycle uses fresh water to ensure consistent ice quality and excellent hygiene. Hoshizaki’s Closed Cell Ice System forms compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cubes with slow melting characteristics, delivering superior beverage presentation. A closed water circuit further protects against contamination throughout the ice production process.

Designed for ease of operation and maintenance, the IM-240APE provides easy external access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, and an easily removable water pan assembly. The unit is equipped with a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed and no direct coupling, eliminating leakage risks and improving long-term reliability. UV-C sanitization can be retrofitted for enhanced hygiene control.

Built with a durable stainless steel internal frame, this modular ice maker is compatible with Hoshizaki storage bins, allowing flexible installation and scalable ice storage solutions to suit different operational needs.
