IM-21CPE Cube Ice Maker – Self-Contained | Compact Commercial Ice Machine

The Hoshizaki IM-21CPE Cube Ice Maker is a compact, self-contained commercial ice machine designed for cafés, small restaurants, bars, offices, and professional foodservice environments where space efficiency and consistent ice production are essential. The unit produces up to 30 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours under standard conditions (air temperature 10°C, water temperature 10°C).

Each ice-making cycle produces approximately 0.43 kg of ice (18 cubes), ensuring steady and reliable output throughout the day. The machine features an automatic rinse cycle, and every ice cycle is made using fresh water, guaranteeing superior hygiene and consistent ice quality.

Hoshizaki’s Closed Cell Ice System produces compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cube ice with slow melting characteristics, ideal for beverage service. A closed water circuit provides maximum protection against contamination during the entire ice production process.

Designed for ease of use and maintenance, the IM-21CPE offers easy external access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, a removable door gasket, and an easily removable water pan assembly. The system uses a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed and no direct coupling, eliminating leakage risks and improving long-term reliability.

This model is air-cooled and operates quietly, making it suitable for front-of-house or back-bar installations. Legs are not included as standard but can be added as an optional accessory.
