The Hoshizaki IM-100PE Cube Ice Maker is a high-capacity, self-contained commercial ice machine designed for restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés, and professional foodservice environments with medium to high ice demand. Capable of producing up to 104 kg of premium-quality cube ice per 24 hours under standard conditions (air temperature 10°C, water temperature 10°C), this model delivers reliable performance with excellent hygiene and efficiency.

The ice-making system includes an automatic rinse cycle, and each production cycle uses fresh water to ensure consistent ice quality and sanitation. Hoshizaki’s Closed Cell Ice System produces compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cubes that melt slowly, making them ideal for beverage service. A closed water circuit provides effective protection against contamination throughout the ice production process.

Designed for ease of operation and maintenance, the IM-100PE features easy external access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, a removable door gasket, and an easily removable water pan assembly. The machine uses a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed and no direct coupling, preventing leakage and improving long-term reliability. UV-C sanitization and an internal drain pump can be retrofitted to suit specific hygiene and installation requirements.

This air-cooled unit is suitable for continuous operation and is supplied with legs as standard, allowing flexible installation in a variety of commercial settings.
