The 12" x 12" removable cast iron top grates ensure durability and stability for various cookware sizes, while also allowing easy cleaning and maintenance. Built with stainless steel front and sides, along with stainless steel burner and grate supports, the unit offers long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion.

A removable drip tray helps maintain cleanliness by collecting grease and food debris, making it easy to keep your workspace tidy. The adjustable legs provide stability on different surfaces, ensuring safe and level operation.

Designed for LP gas use, the hotplate comes with a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection for quick and secure installation. Its compact countertop design makes it ideal for restaurants, food trucks, catering setups, and commercial kitchens with limited space.
