Featuring six manual cast iron burners with a total output of 120,000 BTU, it delivers powerful and even heat distribution, making it perfect for grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables.

The radiant heat system, supported by cast iron radiants, enhances cooking efficiency by distributing heat evenly while vaporizing drippings to infuse food with rich, smoky flavor. The heavy-duty cast iron grates are reversible and height adjustable, giving chefs full control over cooking intensity and grill marks.

Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, along with robust internal components, this charbroiler ensures long-lasting durability and easy maintenance. The removable stainless steel drip tray effectively collects grease and debris, helping maintain a clean and safe cooking environment.
