This model features a stainless steel fry pot and stainless steel cabinet with door, ensuring durability, easy cleaning, and long service life.

The fryer operates on LPG gas and delivers a powerful 105,000 BTU/hr heat output, ensuring fast heat recovery and consistent oil temperature. The millivolt pilot system allows the fryer to operate without external electrical power, making it reliable even in demanding environments.

For easy installation and stability, the fryer is fitted with 6-inch adjustable legs, allowing proper leveling on uneven kitchen floors.
