The machine accommodates 500 × 500 mm dishwashing racks and features a generous 420 mm wash chamber opening, allowing it to handle a wide range of plates, dishes, trays, cups, and other kitchenware.
The UPster U 500 M2 offers three selectable wash programmes of 90, 120, and 240 seconds, providing flexibility according to the level of soiling and required washing performance. With a theoretical capacity of up to 40 racks per hour, it is suitable for operations requiring efficient and continuous dishwashing.
