ICP 010 E - Electric Combination Oven - 10 GN

The Rational ICP 010 E Combi Oven is a heavy-duty electric-powered combination oven built for high-performance cooking in busy commercial kitchens. Constructed with a robust stainless steel body, it is designed to handle continuous operation in restaurants, hotels, and catering environments.

With a capacity of 10 × 1/1 GN or 20 × 1/2 GN trays, the oven can produce 80 to 150 dishes per day, making it suitable for medium to large-scale foodservice operations. Its wide temperature range of 30°C to 300°C allows for a variety of cooking methods, including steaming, roasting, baking, and combination cooking.

Despite its high capacity, the oven features a space-efficient design with dimensions of 850 × 842 × 1014 mm, making it ideal for kitchens where space optimization is important. 

The integrated steam system operates within a water pressure range of 1 to 6 bar, providing precise steam generation for consistent cooking results and efficient cleaning functionality.
