HDSCG‐24E Commercial Electric Heavy Duty Griddle

This commercial electric heavy-duty griddle is built for precision cooking and durability in demanding kitchen environments. Featuring a 24" x 24" cooking surface with a 3/4" thick polished steel plate, it delivers excellent heat retention and even heat distribution for consistent results across the entire surface.

The griddle is equipped with high-quality stainless steel heating elements and EGO thermostats, allowing accurate temperature control ranging from 50°C to 300°C (122°F to 572°F). With independent temperature control every 12 inches, operators can manage different cooking zones simultaneously for greater flexibility and efficiency.

Designed for heavy-duty use, the unit is constructed with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. The 4" back and tapered side splash guards help contain grease and protect surrounding areas, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

A front grease trough channel efficiently directs excess oil into a bottom-mounted stainless steel grease collection pan, simplifying maintenance and improving hygiene. The griddle is supported by adjustable heavy-duty legs, ensuring stability on various surfaces.

Powered by a 3-phase electrical connection, this griddle is ideal for restaurants, cafés, catering services, and commercial kitchens requiring reliable, high-capacity flat-top cooking.
