Featuring two independent stainless steel fry tanks, each with a 25 lb oil capacity, it allows simultaneous cooking of different food items without flavor transfer—ideal for maintaining product quality and flexibility.

Each tank is equipped with thermostatic controls, ensuring precise temperature management for consistent frying results. The dual-tank design increases productivity while allowing operators to run one or both tanks as needed, improving energy efficiency during slower periods.

The fryer includes two baskets, enabling efficient batch cooking for high-demand operations. Built-in integrated flue deflectors enhance heat efficiency and ensure safe operation. For added safety, the unit features an automatic shut-off system to prevent overheating.
