This commercial gas countertop griddle is designed for high-volume flat-top cooking with consistent and efficient performance. Featuring a 7/8" thick smooth steel plate, it ensures excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, making it perfect for preparing a wide range of foods such as burgers, eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, and more.

Equipped with three manual burners delivering a total output of 90,000 BTU, this griddle provides powerful and reliable heat for demanding kitchen environments. The integrated grease trough and removable stainless steel drip tray effectively manage grease and food debris, helping maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
