The 12" x 12" removable cast iron top grates are designed for heavy-duty use, offering excellent heat retention and support for a variety of cookware. These grates are easy to remove, allowing for quick cleaning and maintenance.

Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, along with stainless steel burner and grate supports, this hotplate ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and a professional appearance. A built-in drip tray collects grease and food particles, helping maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

The unit is supported by adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces, ensuring safe operation. Designed for LP gas, it includes a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection for easy installation.
