FIT SM (Single Magnetron) Speed Oven is a high-efficiency commercial oven designed for quick finishing of refrigerated and pre-prepared foods. It delivers excellent results in flavor, appearance, and crispness, making it ideal for professional kitchens, cafés, and quick-service restaurants.

Using advanced impinged air convection combined with microwave technology, the oven allows you to heat, gratin, or roast food quickly and evenly. It is perfect for preparing items such as pastries, lasagna, pasta, sandwiches, and other semi-prepared dishes with consistent quality and speed.

RECOMMENDATION

The Fit SM oven is indicated for quick finishing of refrigerated foods, pre-fried pastry, pre-baked foodstuff, lasagna, pasta, sandwiches, and other semi-prepared foods, with excellent results in flavor, appearance, and crispness. The impinged air convection technology combined with microwaves allows heating, gratinating, or roasting efficiently.

Fit SM is not recommended for operations with frozen products.
