IM-45 PE Cube Ice Maker

The Hoshizaki IM-45PE Cube Ice Maker is a compact, self-contained commercial ice machine designed to deliver reliable and hygienic cube ice production for cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, and professional foodservice environments. Capable of producing up to 47 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours, this model is ideal for operations with limited space but consistent ice demand.

The ice making system features an automatic rinse cycle, and every ice cycle is made using fresh water to ensure superior hygiene and consistent ice quality. Hoshizaki’s Closed Cell Ice System produces compact, hard, and geometrically perfect cubes that melt slowly, making them ideal for beverage service. A closed water circuit provides maximum protection against contamination throughout the ice production process.

Designed with user convenience in mind, the IM-45PE offers easy external access to the control panel, a cleanable air filter, a removable door gasket, and an easily removable water pan assembly for quick and efficient cleaning. The system uses a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed and no direct coupling, eliminating the risk of leakage and improving long-term reliability.

For enhanced flexibility and hygiene, UV-C sanitization and an internal drain pump can be retrofitted, making the IM-45PE adaptable to a wide range of installation requirements.
