Designed for ease of operation, the intuitive 1-2-3 controller allows operators to select hard or soft chill and freeze programs, with options to run cycles by time or food probe. Automatic defrost activates after every cycle and every 6 hours, and the unit conveniently reverts to storage mode once blasting is complete.
