Whipping & Cooking Cream 1 Liter

Thanks to its UHT technology, it has 9 month shelf life under refrigerated conditions (0/ +6°C).

When whipped it provides excellent consistency and stability even under cooling/freezing conditions, without drying off nor cracking. Excellent performance in fillings, toppings, decorations and any other confectionery application.

In mousses and bavaroisses preparation, Snel for whipping and cooking can be also mixed with acid ingredients (lemon, strawberries, etc.) without changing its texture.
