What's the Story?

This matcha blend includes (80%) Yabukita cultivar complemented by the mellow character of the Okumidori cultivar (20%), which is perfectly suited for creating a creamy matcha latte with milk. Our Matcha Latte recipe was developed in collaboration with Dale Harris, a prize-winning barista.
