 Tommes aux fleurs is a hard cheese coated with meadow flowers and herbs, mallow, blueberry, marigolds, nuts, saflor, strawberry, and rose giving it a surprising very distinct original aroma. This cheese has a wonderful depth of floral flavors on it's crust with every bite assisted by the different notes from the external coating. Firm yet buttery, this cheese is a mellow delight with a difference.
