Frio Cold Custard is a convenient substitute for cook-and-chill custard, especially if you don't have time to prepare traditional ones. It is a convenient filling for pies, tarts, cheesecakes, and many pâtisserie items. It's also perfect for the “bake-and-sell” bakery operation and is suitable for all frozen dessert applications.

Storage Condition: Max. 20°C, dry and cool. Keep away from heat and direct isolation.
HOW TO USE:
- 40 % Frio Cold Custard
- 100 % water or fresh milk
Whip at high speed for 3-5 minutes or until a creamy consistency is attained. A better flavor is achieved if milk or warm water is used.
