The FM-480AKE-HC features Hoshizaki’s CleanCycle6 system, which automatically rinses built-up mineral impurities every 6 hours to maintain consistent ice quality and reduce maintenance requirements. Water consumption is equal to ice production, ensuring efficient and predictable water usage.

Hygiene and reliability are enhanced through an automatic rinse cycle and a closed water circuit, protecting against contamination throughout the ice-making process. The machine uses an electronic controller for stable operation and includes an operation time-based parts replacement system to support preventive maintenance planning.

The auger is manufactured from double-hardened stainless steel for exceptional durability, while carbon graphite bushings enable grease-free operation.
