Dole plate fully insulated with polyurethane foam. The condensation is drained into a drain hole diam. 16mm and the water is conveyed to a fixed drain. Manual defrosting. Gantry in aluminum rectangular solid tube with curved opaque tempered glass shelf 4mm thick. Lighting with 16W fluorescent lamp. Gantry height is 400mm from the countertop.  Equipped with 1,5mt cord to facilitate installation. Fastom connection between control panel and cord for easier installation.
