This commercial heated display case is designed to both showcase and maintain the ideal serving temperature for a variety of hot foods. With its sleek countertop design and full toughened glass construction on all sides, it provides maximum product visibility while ensuring durability in busy commercial environments.

Equipped with three adjustable shelves, the unit offers flexible storage for pastries, snacks, and hot food items. The interior is illuminated by vertical fluorescent lamps on both sides, enhancing product presentation, while an additional top filament lamp highlights promotional signage to attract customers.

The unit features an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 30°C to 90°C (86°F to 194°F), allowing precise heat control. An integrated humidification system, supported by a large GN1/9 water reservoir, helps maintain food moisture and freshness throughout the day.

Front and rear sliding doors provide convenient access for both staff and self-service setups. A rubber seal between the door and frame minimizes heat loss, improving energy efficiency. The cool-to-touch Bakelite handles ensure safe operation during busy service hours.

Built with durability in mind, the display case includes stainless steel internal components, anti-slip rubber feet for stability, and a clear analogue temperature display for easy monitoring. The unit also features independent switches for lighting and heating indicators for operational awareness.
