For optimal performance, the unit is designed to work with a CO2 canister equipped with a dip tube, allowing it to draw liquid gas from the bottom for a stronger and more consistent frosting effect. With the ability to cool up to 50 glasses using a 3L CO2 canister (based on 7 seconds per glass), this system is both efficient and cost-effective for high-volume operations.

Beyond cooling, the process also helps sanitize glasses, providing a more hygienic serving solution.
