The Mobile Dual-Zone Hot/Cold Transport Trolley is a professional-grade food transport solution designed for simultaneous hot and cold holding with independent temperature control in each compartment. Built for demanding HoReCa, catering, healthcare, and outdoor service environments, this trolley ensures food safety, temperature stability, and hygienic handling during transport.
The top compartment operates with circulating air heating and can be heated up to +100°C, making it ideal for hot meals and plated food transport. The bottom compartment uses compressor cooling with R290 natural refrigerant, maintaining temperatures between +2°C and +10°C, suitable for chilled dishes, desserts, or cold ingredients.
Constructed from rustproof stainless steel (1.4301) inside and out, the trolley features a double-walled insulated body to minimise heat and cold loss. Its hygienic H3 design allows easy cleaning, including removable door seals and heating components, and it is suitable for high-pressure cleaning.
Designed for mobility and durability, the trolley is equipped with heavy-duty castors, corner bumpers, and an IPX4 protection rating, making it suitable for outdoor use. Advanced features such as QR code compatibility with CHECK sensors enable automatic temperature documentation, ensuring HACCP compliance during transport.
