Using an adaptation of our traditional recipes we were able to create a Gluten Free Chocolate Shortbread Straight Sided Shell; unique, innovative and catered to all channels. Ready Bake's Gluten Free Chocolate Shortbread Pastry is a mix of quality ingredients in rich creamy butter - light and sweet with traditional flavour and texture.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour, Butter (From Cream). Sugar, Water, Wheat Cornflour, Whole Egg Powder, Milk Powder Full Cream, Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Methyl Cellulose (461).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Thaw at room temperature. Filled Base: Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at moderate oven temp.
